·Full bore design, effectively eliminate the pressure drop and eddy, slowing down fluid solid particles on the flushing valve;
·Valve with balance tail rod, lower valve torque;
·Under normal circumstances, operate the valve by a hydraulic piston , emergency by manually shut off valve;
·Metal seal between valve cover and the valve body,valve plate and valve seat;
·Valve plate and valve seat between the metal seal, the valve plate surface of supersonic spray coating carbide, valve seat ring adopts the whole hard alloy, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance;
·Seat ring mounted by a fixed plate, keeping good stability;
·The valve stem is provided with inverted sealing structure, convenient for replacement of valve stem packing under pressure case;
·The valve cover is equipped with sealing grease injection valve, in order to supplement the sealing grease, enhance sealing performance of valve seat and valve plate and lubricating performance.
