CAMERON FC GATE VALVE 
Full bore design, effectively eliminate the pressure drop and eddy, slowing down fluid solid particles on the flushing valve;
·A unique seal form, so that substantially reduce the torque;
·metal seal between the valve body and the valve cover, valve plate and valve seat;
·The valve plate surface of supersonic spray coating carbide, valve seat ring adopts hard alloy, with good wear resistance, corrosion resistance;
·Seat ring mounted by a fixed plate, keeping good floatability;
·The valve stem is provided with inverted sealing structure, convenient for replacement of valve stem packing under pressure case;

1. General information of hydraulic gate valves
   1. Features:
   2. The hydraulic safety valve adopts the advanced FC valve structure of Cameron. In the process of usage, through the control of the equipment related to the hydraulic system and the rebound of the spring, the two-way reciprocating motion of the actuator is realized, so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the safety valve, which is more convenient and safe to operate and use with less manpower.
   3. 1.1.1. Metal-to-metal seal is adopted between the seat and the gate;
   4. 1.1.2. The simplified gate and the seat assembly has only a few parts, which can ensure reliable sealing and simplify on-site maintenance. The improved trapezoidal thread of gate and the stem ensures that the gate can move smoothly;
   5. 1.1.3. The seat is installed on both sides of the gate, and the surface of the seat is sprayed with tungsten carbide to prolong the service life;
   6. 1.1.4. The shoulder of the stem can be turned away from the sealing bonnet to isolate the filling cavity, so that the valve can replace the stem seal under pressure when working in the field;
   7. 1.1.5. The sealing grease of the safety valve bonnet lubricates the one-way valve, the stem, the seat and gate through the grease injection joint. For safety reasons, it is set on the upper part of the stem back seal, and neither the lubrication hole nor the sealing hole is directly connect the valve chamber.

1.1.6. The seal between the body and the bonnet of 10,000 and 15,000PSI WP valves is a BX-type metal bonnet seal ring which generates interference seal by pressure;
1.1.7. Besides providing valves meeting API 6A material grade and temperature grade, they can also be adjusted according to users' needs;
1.1.8. The hydraulic actuator can be selected according to the field working conditions and pressure.


1.2. Operating instructions:

Note: The gate should always be in the fully open or fully closed position. Partially opening the gate or using it for choking will cause damage to the gate.
Open the valve:
When opening the valve, remove the 1/2"NPT plug on the adapter, and inject oil into the inner cavity of the hydraulic actuator through the upper pressure inlet (1/2"NPT) until the pressure reaches 8-10.5Mpa. , pushing the piston downward, the gate moves downward at the same time, the valve begins to open, and then continues to supply pressure until the valve is fully opened.
Closing the valve:
When closing the valve, the driver pressure is unloaded, and the piston is pushed up by the rebound force of the spring, driving the gate to rise until the valve is completely closed.
Note:
1. During the entire pressing process, the pressure cannot exceed the maximum test pressure of the hydraulic actuator, which is 15Mpa, and it is appropriate to maintain the maximum pressing pressure below 12.5Mpa. During use, the valve needs to be jointly debugged and tested with its matching control system to better meet the usage requirements.
2. The inlet oil should be hydraulic oil or engine oil.

3. 2.1 Recommended lubricants for the inner cavity and internal parts:
4. 2.1.1 For normal operation, use TF-41 lubricant, which is not affected by the temperature range from -20°F to +250°F;
5. 2.1.2 For continuous service below 0°F, use a low temperature grease similar to "Arctic Grease" N3-14.
6. 2.1.3.3 Ensure sufficient hydraulic oil inside the hydraulic actuator, and add appropriate hydraulic oil regularly.

2 Main body inner cavity lubrication

2.2.1 Normal operating conditions:

Note: Lubrication must be carried out when gate is assembled; inner cavity lubrication is performed after 10 operating cycles. One cycle is equivalent to opening and closing the valve once. The maintenance interval can be adjusted based on the fluid used and well conditions; if the pressure at both ends is equalized before the valve is opened, the maintenance interval can be extended; if the valve is detached from the pipeline, it also needs to be lubricated before being reinstalled.

2.2.1.1 Remove the grease injection joint pressure cap on the outer diameter of the  bonnet flange;

2.2.1.2 Use a piston-type grease gun or a hand-held grease gun to connect the grease gun to the lubrication nozzle;

2.2.1.3 Apply an appropriate amount of lubrication Inject grease into the inner cavity. The required grease volume is shown in Table 7.

2.2.2 Abnormal operating conditions:

If it is used to pass through cement, acidic substances or used under any other abnormal conditions, please follow the following procedures:

2.2.2.1 Before using the valve, lubricate the inner cavity of the body;

2.2.2.2 In the pipeline Flush the valve with appropriate neutral liquid;

2.2.2.3 Run the valve with clean water or appropriate neutral liquid on the pipeline;

2.2.2.4 Lubricate the body cavity.
