YOUYAO series bucking unit(make-up and breakout unit ) is a professional machine widely used in oilfield and mining industry for the make/break tubing ,casing ,drilling rig and other threaded joint.This kind of product has the following features :

1) The fixed head and backup equipped with the advantage and special gripping mechanism .It can perform tubular clamped surround according to the user need and realize the minimum damage to tubulars and no teeth marks .It can also realize automatic or manual connecting according to the contractual requirement .

5) The fixed head and backup controlled by multi-way valve which can realize the fixed head and backup working independently .

6) Mechanical speed governors : Two gear shift ,high gear with high speed and low gear with large torque .when processing small diameter and small torque tubulars ,adjusting high-grade gear to increase working efficiency .

7) It can be equipped with double pump ,single pump solenoid valve reversing according to the contract need .Adjusting the tong head speed according to needful .

8) Hydraulic working mechanism for backup which can be adjusted according to the length to the working piece .

9) Bracket with hydraulic lifting device and position mechanical device equipping according to the contract requirement .

10) Dual pump head design for the hydraulic power unit is optional which according to the contract requirement .During makeup performance , One pump head works only when the torque close to the setting &#118alue ,system flow rate decreases and the tong head rotary speed reduces .

11) Hydraulic power equipped with air-cooled device which can effectively reduce oil temperature and improve working efficiency.

12) Equipped with torque automatic control system for the setting ,controlling and recording torque &#118alue while making-up .The torque &#118alue and rounds show as diagram .
